The Farmhouse B&B

is home to Peter & Sharmon Kenyon who operate a farmstay (bed and breakfast).  Built in 1905, the house was renovated in 2003.  No Victoriana, guestrooms are decorated in Mission style.  There is a sitting room and many books, puzzles, and games.  Feel free to ignore technology while at the farm; there are no telephones or televisions in our guest rooms but we do provide wireless internet service.  Guest rooms are upstairs on the second floor (20 steps).

Our Farm           "I'd Give It All"

is 18 acres located on California's North Coast in Humboldt County, about 20 miles south of Eureka, near Fortuna and near the Avenue of the Giants (a scenic drive through the Redwood Forest).  We grow a pumpkin patch and corn maze.  We raise a few beef cattle.  We have sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese.  Wild birds are abundant and we see deer, coyotes, and bobcats.  Jake is our McNabb-cross farm dog.  We enjoy life here and we hope to share it with you whether you're in Humboldt County for a special event or just passing through.

Peter is trained in Swedish-style massage. He offers 30-minute or 60-minute sessions to complete your escape from life's stress.  Call for an appointment or for more information.
