We serve breakfast
between 8 and 9am. Other times by special arrangement.

Peter grew up in New York
State's apple-growing region between Lake Ontario and the Finger
Lakes where hard-working farmers often ate APPLE PIE at breakfast! Tell
us if you want to eat like a farmer; we don't prepare apple pie
every day, but we're happy to accomodate you if we can.
Peter makes waffles using
our goose eggs or duck eggs, when available. We brew french/dark
roast blend coffee.
